Log in issues

I can't log in to my account

PensionPoint was created in 2022. If you had an account with our previous pension portal (My Pension Online), you'll need to re-register your details to access the site.

If you're a new pension scheme member, please be aware that it can take up to three months to set up your PensionPoint account. Once your account is ready, we'll notify you by email or letter, with instructions on how to register.

If you still can’t log in, you may be able to find an answer in one of the FAQs below.

Username and password problems

I don’t have a username or password

This may be because you’re not yet registered. Try following the link below:

Register my account

What is my username?

Your username is your email address. If you're registered for multiple funds, you can use the same email address for all of them.

If you’re certain you’ve registered, please try a different email address. For example, you may have used your work email address to register.

I don’t know the name of my pension fund

If you don’t know your pension fund name, you can always ask your employer or find out from one of your previous employers.

If you're a member of multiple funds, remember to register separately for each one, even though you can use the same email address for all of them.

I have forgotten my password

If you're already registered, you can click the link below to reset your password.

Reset my password

My username or password is not accepted

You may have selected the wrong combination of log in details. All three of the following must match:

• Username (email)

• Password

• Fund (or employer name for fighter or police scheme members)

If these still don’t work, try resetting your login details by following the link below.

Account locked and One-Time Code (OTC) issues

I think I have locked my account

If you've had four or more unsuccessful log in attempts, your account may be locked. It will unlock automatically after two hours.

I didn’t receive a one-time code (OTC)

If you didn't receive your one-time code (OTC) within ten minutes, it could be due to one or more of these reasons:

• Spam/junk filters: Check your junk folder to see if the one-time code is there.

• Network/internet problems: Sometimes, your internet speed or network can cause delays with the one-time code.

• Code expired: Your code may have expired; follow the login process to generate a new one.

• High volume of requests: There can be delays if lots of people are requesting codes at the same time.

Please be aware, your one-time-code expires after 120 minutes of being issued.

When I try entering my one-time code, I’m taken back to the log in screen

This is because the code is either wrong (or expired) or the wrong code was entered into the field.

When this happens, you should start the process again.

Try logging in again
